Reservation conditions
✔ Bookings can be made up to a maximum of 5 days before the arrival date.
✔ After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours. The
reservation is only final once a 30% deposit has been paid within 5 calendar days of
confirmation.
✔ The remaining 70% of the rental price, along with a €250 security deposit, must be paid
no later than 2 weeks before arrival. (If the reservation is made within 14 days of arrival,
the tenant is required to pay 100% of the total amount upon receiving the reservation confirmation.)
✔ Cancellation policy:

You may cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the arrival date.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be charged.

House rules
✔ We only accept reservations from people aged 21 and older.
Reservations from people under 21 are not valid.
✔ Organising bachelor/bachelorette or student parties is not allowed.
✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.
✔ Use of gourmet or fondue sets is not permitted.
✔ Please leave the barbecue clean after use.
✔ Electricity, water, and heating are included in the rent; we ask guests to use these resources responsibly. In case of
excessive consumption, an additional charge will apply.
✔ We kindly ask tenants to sort their waste in the bicycle storage area.
✔ Lighting candles indoors is not allowed due to fire hazard.
✔ Accidents happen, but we appreciate it if you report any damage promptly so we don't have to find out about it after your departure.
✔ Upon departure, please leave bath linens and bed linens in the laundry room.
✔ When using the oven, please use baking paper.
✔ Please respect the neighbors’ peace and keep noise levels down, especially in the garden after 10 PM.
✔ The owner is not responsible for theft or loss during your stay.
✔ Moving furniture, sound or TV equipment, or taking any indoor furniture outside (except for dishes, glasses, and cutlery
for outdoor meals) is strictly prohibited.
✔ Electric cars may not be charged on the property without permission.
